Are you part of Samsung and do you sell 'official' Samsung products?

No we're not. We're independent of Samsung, however provide compatible watch straps suitable for Samsung Galaxy watches.

Will your straps fit my watch?

If you own any type of Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Galaxy Active, Active2 or Gear Watch, then we’ll have the perfect watch strap for you!

Are they easy to fit?

All our straps are very easy to fit! Most feature ‘quick release’ technology so they can be attached and detached without having to go to a watch repair specialist. You may need to get a specialist to adjust our metal linked straps.

What are your watch straps made of?

Our Samsung Galaxy Watch Straps are made from premium quality materials such as silicone, nylon, stainless steel and leather. We work with an ethical supplier who sources the raw materials used to make our straps from very reputable sources. They are robust and durable – meaning you’ll have a high-quality strap for years to come!

What happens when I order my watch strap?

Once you place an order, and ship within 48 hours (average). We then aim to deliver your watch strap within 5 - 10 business days (average). Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can use the code to track your item on the following website - https://parcelsapp.com/en/.

My watch strap doesn’t fit

We offer a 14 day returns policy in which you can return the strap to us and we’ll process a full refund for you, and we’d also be delighted to help you find a strap that fits.
